Delivery and Payment Policy
Delivery
THAIco SPA delivers the Products exclusively within Romania.
The Products will be delivered to the Customer or to the person designated by the Customer by means of a courier company (hereinafter referred to as the "Courier") at the delivery address mentioned in the Order Form.
The delivery, the delivery method and the name of the courier are mentioned in the confirmation e-mail.
The Customer undertakes to take delivery of the Product or to designate a person to take delivery of the Product from the Courier. The Product shall be delivered to the Customer or to the person designated by the Customer, and in their absence the Courier shall be instructed by the Customer to hand over the Product to another third party at the delivery address. In the latter case, the Customer expressly consents to the delivery of the Product to another third party at the delivery address, it being assumed that this third party has been mandated by the Customer to take delivery of the Product from the Courier. The Customer or the person designated by the Customer to take delivery of the Product from the Courier is obliged to open the Parcel in front of the Courier and to check that all the products on the Invoice accompanying the Parcel are in the Parcel and that these products have their packaging intact.
At the time of delivery/receipt of the Product, the Customer undertakes to sign a confirmation of receipt (hereinafter referred to as "Acknowledgement of Receipt"). The Acknowledgement of Receipt is full proof that the Product has been delivered to the Customer by the Courier and that the package and its contents are as invoiced and intact.
The customer is obliged to pay the additional cost of delivery of the Product, namely the amount of 22 (twenty-two) Lei for orders up to 750 (seven hundred and fifty) Lei. For orders over 750 (seven hundred and fifty) Lei, the Customer will benefit from free delivery.
Silver
The customer can opt for one of the methods below:
- Online payment via NETOPIA secure platform (MobilPay)- The Customer pays the Price on the date of submitting his/her purchase request/order for the selected Products on the Sea of SPA Romania website. In case of payment by Bank Card the Price is due on the date of receipt by the Customer of the electronic confirmation message. Accepted bank cards are: VISA, Master Card, Maestro.
- Mandatory dates are. Cardholder name, Card number, expiry date, CVV, 3d secure password.
